Description
Single wavelength system for routine crystal structure determination suitable for small molecule and macromolecular structure determinations. Uses a fine focus copper X-ray source. Uses a 4-circle kappa goniometer that allows easy crystal mounting and alignment with cryo-cooling. Data processing using CrysAlisPro software. The system uses the the Titan CCD detector combining a large active area (165 mm diameter) with excellent dynamic range and fast read-out times.
