FACSAria SORP Flow Cytometer, 5 laser system 20 detectors 355nm, 405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm laser. Can sort upto 4 populations in to tubes for bulk isolation or in to 96/384 well plate for single cell cloning, 10x genomics and RNA isolation.
