Description
The Delta Premium handheld XRF features a powerful 4W x-ray tube with a 200 μA max current. It has a large area SDD detector for ultra quick, analytically demanding applications. It is equipped with a camera/ collimator allowing the operator to focus the analysis on a specific area of an object of a smaller diameter (3mm). The instrument is set up with custom-made adjustments to the factory calibrations for Soil, Alloy Plus, and Mining Plus modes, allowing measurement of a range of elements from major to trace in a variety of matrices.
