FT-IR Spectrometer

High‑performance FTIR spectroscopy with excellent sensitivity (S/N ≥ 60,000:1) and high resolution down to 0.25 cm⁻¹. Broad mid‑IR spectral coverage (7,800–350 cm⁻¹ standard), enabling analysis of a wide range of organic and inorganic functional groups. ATR (attenuated total reflectance) allows direct surface‑level infrared analysis with minimal sample prep and excellent reproducibility. Capable of rapid scanning (up to 20 spectra/s) for reaction monitoring and kinetic studies. Coupled with the AIM 9000 microscope for high resolution material mapping studies.

Applications: Solids: plastics, polymers, rubbers, powders, films, fibers, coatings, minerals, composites — all directly analyzed via ATR. Liquids and semi‑solids: oils, resins, gels, adhesives, biological fluids, solvents, industrial chemicals. Surface‑sensitive samples: thin coatings, oxidised layers, worn surfaces, and contamination spots. Trace‑level materials: capable of detecting very weak absorbance bands thanks to its high S/N and DLATGS detector performance
