The Fischerscope X-ray XUV 773 has a vacuum chamber for simultaneous analysis of up to 24 elements from sodium (11) to Uranium (92). Non-destructive analysis of small/ medium artefacts is possible. It is equipped with a video camera for exact sample positioning and for measuring small sections. Its precise, programmable XYZ-stage allows automated series testing.
X-ray source: Micro focus x-ray tube with Rh target, 8-50kV, 4 collimators, 6 filters. Silicon Drift detector resolution better than 140eV (fwhm for Mn-Ka). Dimensions of chamber (mm 400 x 390)
