Description
Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is a type of size exclusion chromatography (SEC), that separates analytes on the basis of size and it is used to determine the relative molecular weight of polymer samples as well as the distribution of molecular weights. Agilent 1260 Infinity II, equipped with a refractive index and a multiangle light scattering detectors, provides a high performance, accurate and versatile tool for routine polymer characterization.
